About my practice: I use an eclectic approach to therapy, drawing upon multiple theories based on client needs; Predominantly using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Based therapy (SFT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Existential therapy.

I believe that every client can reach their full potential and focus on optimizing mental health, and performance excellence. My experience includes working with people dealing with anxiety, depression, personality disorders, addiction, performance struggles and more.

I believe that every client has a unique perspective based on personality and previous experiences and so my biggest goal is to try to make each client feel understood and to help reach their therapeutic goals. The therapeutic environment is collaborative, emphasizing psychoeducation, problem-solving, and skill development for use outside of sessions. Overall, sessions are supportive and active, focusing on achieving tangible improvements in your mental well-being.
