About my practice: Having worked with diverse groups of people in various settings (i.e. academic settings, addiction services, and wellness centres) I have witnessed that people are resilient and capable of great things. I strive to provide a warm and non judgemental space where you can explore your concerns, have the support you need and gain tools necessary to meet your goals. I work from a strengths based and holistic model that is rooted in client-centered and cognitive behavioural therapies (Mindfulness, ACT, DBT). My areas of clinical expertise include anxiety, coping with major life transitions, stress reduction and self esteem.
