About my Practice: I am a clinical social worker and accredited family mediator with 8 years of experience working in clinical psychiatry in the public sector. I use a client centered, strength-based approach to foster a supportive, non-judgemental environment. With empathy and curiosity we will explore strengths, challenges, unique abilities and potential for growth. I aim to create a warm, non-threatening environment in which my clients can explore themselves and make meaning in their lives. My approach is integrative, and is based in attachment and trauma-informed care all through a systemic and humanistic lens. I look forward to meeting you.
