About my practice: I have a deep appreciation of the uniqueness and the strengths of every individual. I bring a warmth and genuineness that creates a safe and non-judgmental space for exploration of clients’ experiences. I work from an attachment, systemic, and mindfulness-based approach to help clients become more aware of themselves in order to be able to modify perspectives, and work towards acceptance and/or change in relation to oneself and with others. This will, ultimately, allow clients to work towards a greater sense of peace and empowerment in their daily lives.
