About my practice: I spent several years of practical experience and taught mindfulness to reduce stress in order to establish life balance. In my practice, I use mindfulness-based methods (MBCT) and expressive art skills specially Drama therapy such as embodiment, projection and play combined with systemic approaches such as solution focus brief therapy. I work with adults and children, especially with Multigenerational Trauma, Anxiety, Depression and Complex Mental Health Difficulties.
