About my Practice: I am a licensed Social Worker, who has passionately works with teenagers, adolescents and young adults for over 10 years. My main focus has been supporting my clients with issues such as, but not limited to, anxiety, social skill building, navigating friendships, emotion regulation, low self-esteem and exploring life changes (including postpartum and parenting consulting).
In my practice I prioritize creating an empathetic, empowering, and non-judgmental environment in order for my clients to feel safe, heard and understood. I have a Masters of Social Work degree from Wurzweiler University in New York and am a member of L’Ordre des travailleurs sociaux et des thérapeutes conjugaux et familiaux du Québec. I am a Person-Centered therapist who uses a strength based approach. I focus on each individual differently and use their own unique abilities in order to achieve success. This very inspiring journey has motivated my interest to work towards strengthening one’s confidence and resiliency in order to feel better adjusted in one’s own life.
