About my practice: I come to the Montreal Therapy Centre with a wealth of experience treating a variety of different populations from youth and students, to couples and families. I have counselled and taught in educational, community, and clinical settings, and specialize in the areas of anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, and addiction. Employing an eclectic approach to therapy with psychodynamic elements, I strive to work collaboratively with my clients to help them create meaningful change in their lives.
