About my practice: As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a first-generation immigrant, I am conscious to how different intersections shapes and influences life transitions, relationships and identity. I see therapy as a collaborative journey, grounded in courage and trust. My approach is mainly integrative (ACT, EFT, MCBT, Structural, trauma-informed, IFS and somatic). Each session tailored to the client’s needs, pace and the power of value-guided actions.
