Services provided: Individual therapy, Couples therapy, Family therapy, Youth

About my services: Given my background in geography, nature mentorship, and agriculture, my approach to counselling is heavily influenced by all that is relational, and systemic. I most enjoy implementing therapeutic approaches that are imbued in curiosity and collaboration, and that consider, value, and honour the cultural intersections of all who are present in the room. I want to meet those who seek my accompaniment where they are at and provide a space in which they are free to explore without fear of judgement.
