About my Practice: I am currently completing my Master in Arts Counselling Psychology through Yorkville University. I have a background and many years of experience working with children and youth with learning disabilities or/and behavioural difficulties. I also enjoy working with teens, and adults struggling with emotional and relational difficulties. My goal is to provide you with a safe environment and help you work through life challenges. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches, including, but not limited to solution-focused therapy (SFT), narrative therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).
