About my practice: I believe that in addition to the tools we offer, the relationship between the client and therapist is at the heart of the therapeutic process. Like any good relationship, it is one that is built on trust, clear communication, and equal collaboration. I believe that in the end, you are your own authority and I aim to provide a supportive and safe space for you to work with your barriers in new ways to make the changes you seek. I particularly specialize in mind-body practices, helping people “get out of their minds” and into their embodied experiences in order to connect with their own inner voices.
