About my practice:  I practice from a biopsychosocial and cognitive behavioural lens, offering individual therapy to adults (18+). I aim to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients to unpack, vent, gain insight into their behaviours, and take steps towards a more fulfilling life. Some of my practical experience is in settings such as research, EAP, and school-based child psychiatry. In addition to my degrees, I’ve obtained certificates in clinical traumatology, CBT for insomnia, and investigative psychology. I also hold a micro-credential in the clinical applications of neuroscience. If you feel like you’re ready to address your concerns, I would love to help guide you and collaboratively work on getting you where you need to be.
