About my practice: I believe each of us is full of our own capacity to heal, and that seeking support, human connection, and guidance to do so is one of the bravest steps we can take. Working through humanistic and creative arts therapy approaches with children, youth, adults, and families, I aim to uplift and support people by creating space for their unique individual and collective experiences. I provide guidance while following the wisdom of the client in determining what approach makes the most sense for them. I strive to collaborate and journey alongside individuals in more socially just and responsive ways, so that you may feel supported and empowered to express, explore and heal in the ways you choose.
