About my practice:  I believe in a humanistic, client-centered, and holistic approach where I focus on the uniqueness of each clients to tailor the process of therapy. I strive to create a safe space where a client can feel free to be themselves. Music is a wonderful way of expressing and exploring feelings and emotions and is therefore a great medium for therapy. In knowing to know ourselves better through therapeutic tools we can understand what we need and therefore start to gravitate towards wellness. With the right understanding of ourselves and our differences we can begin to treasure and embrace what makes us unique.
