About my practice: I am passionate about supporting adults in better understanding themselves, their strengths, and the challenges that may be affecting their daily lives. I believe that difficulties such as anxiety, emotional overwhelm, stress, chronic pain, psychosomatic symptoms, relationship challenges, or life transitions can impact not only how we feel, but also how we function, connect, and move forward.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and practical. I aim to create a safe and respectful space where clients feel heard, supported, and encouraged to express themselves openly. Together, we explore what may be contributing to their difficulties, while also developing concrete tools to build emotional regulation, confidence, resilience, and a greater sense of agency. I draw from client-centered, trauma-informed, cognitive-behavioural, mindfulness-based, and systemic approaches, depending on each person’s needs. My goal is to help clients feel more understood, better equipped, and more empowered in their lives.
