About my practice: I am here to serve those who feel not-enough and too-much, those who feel stuck, misunderstood, and deeply alone. I’ve guided others through their experiences of loss and grief, childhood and intergenerational trauma, and questions of identity. If you just can’t seem to find the words to describe your experiences, you will be able to use stories, characters, images, metaphors, and movement to speak for you. I place the client firmly at the center of the process, as the expert of their own experiences and adventurers on their personal journey towards wellness, wholeness, and healing.
