About my practice: As a marriage and family therapist, I use a relational approach with clients – one that focuses on how my clients relate to others, as well as themselves. I work with clients to set clear goals, and then identify and change patterns that may be currently preventing them from thriving in healthy relationships. My training in creative arts therapy allows me to also offer my clients of any age the opportunity to express themselves in other ways, beyond verbal communication.
