About my practice: My goal is to provide a safe, warm and supportive environment where we can work collaboratively to identify your needs and goals. As a therapist, the approaches that inform my work are client-centered, emotion-focused and acceptance-based techniques to help you overcome challenges and personal struggles. I also draw on cognitive behavioural therapy principles and explore the interplay between your thoughts, feelings and behaviours and how they interact in shaping how you view yourself in order to determine the best strategies to implement in your life to increase personal fulfilment, self-actualization and improve daily functioning and emotional well-being
