About my practice: I am a queer and trans social worker offering individual counselling in Quebec and psychotherapy in Ontario. My practice is rooted in trauma-informed, systemic, and liberatory frameworks that understand healing as inseparable from the social and political contexts in which we live. I draw from body-oriented, trauma-focused, attachment theory, and emotion-focused approaches. I primarily work with people navigating complex and developmental trauma as well as relational challenges. I am deeply committed to anti-carceral, community-centered approaches to care.
