About my practice:
My clinical practice is based on psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral models. This integrative approach allows me to tailor my interventions to the uniqueness of your life journey.
I support people facing relational, emotional, and behavioral difficulties related to interpersonal trauma, such as abuse, sexual assault, neglect, or bullying experienced during childhood, adolescence, or adulthood. My expertise also extends to body image and eating disorder issues.
Convinced that the therapeutic relationship is a pillar of change, I prioritize authentic dialogue and a safe space to explore your resources, give meaning to your experiences, and promote resilience.
Together, we will explore your experiences, identify your difficulties, and highlight your inner resources, while encouraging curiosity and reconciliation with your authenticity.
