About my Practice: Using an integrative, client-centred approach, the core of my therapeutic offering is rooted in the fact that each individual has an inherent capacity to access their natural faculties of compassion and wisdom. This ability allows us to develop a sense of workability towards any circumstance we might find ourselves in, and so we can also find healing and resilience through our awareness of these qualities.

Coming from a creative-therapeutic background mixed with years of experience as a meditator and mindfulness practitioner, my aim is to provide a space so that you can find your own capacity to work with whatever you are struggling with.

Also, as a neurodivergent and queer person, I feel that I am able to actively relate with a variety of experiences and draw from my own struggles to empathize with any condition you may find yourself in, and provide beneficial interventions.
