About my practice: Increasing your mental strength and providing a supportive, non-judgmental and compassionate environment is the foundation of my work. Therapy and coaching should focus on fortifying resilience that improves quality of life and helps you achieve authentic and healthy goals. It also offers the gift for not staying trapped in the past, anxious about the future or even comparing yourself to others. Through brief or long-term therapy, we can indeed find reliable answers – no matter how difficult a situation may present itself.
I am a master-level social worker, EAP Coordinator for Concordia University and currently attaining post-graduate clinical supervision for the obtention of the psychotherapy permit with OPQ. Trained at McGill University and the Argyle Institute of Human Relations (MSW Clinical Internship), I use a mix of therapeutic approaches in working with high school and post-secondary students, individuals and couples.
