About my practice: I am a counselling intern practicing under the supervision of a licensed psychotherapist. I strive to create a warm, collaborative, and culturally sensitive space where clients feel heard and supported. I have a special interest in supporting individuals who may be going through anxiety, grief, depression, or trauma. My academic background in anthropology and experience working with diverse populations inform my inclusive and client-centered approach. I am dedicated to walking alongside clients as they navigate life’s challenges and work toward healing and self-understanding.
