About my practice: I invite you to take the time to sit down in a safe space of non-judgment to find back your inner light. No talent or experience with the art materials are necessary.
I am a social worker with 10 years of clinical experience working with Veterans with operational stress injuries. I have also worked with couples (E.F.T. approach), people who have experienced interpersonal violence, with teenagers and adults who have experienced traumatic grief. I intervene with a humanistic and systemic approach.
I am currently a graduate of the master’s degree in art therapy and an intern at the psychotherapy license. For me, art is a tool to approach the more difficult things gently and kindly in a safe climate. I believe that connecting with the power of images, metaphors and mediums can optimize our life experience.
Where your survival requires you to remain very small, even invisible, it would be an honor for me to welcome you. Our exchanges will, I hope, allow you to take other small steps towards the light.
