About my practice: My approach is collaborative, based in transparency and authenticity. My goal is to create a warm and safe environment for clients to explore themselves (who they are, what they want, and what they need). I tend to work psychodynamically but also use cognitive behavioral therapy tools, mindfulness, breath, visualization exercises, and a dash of humour. I have experience with varied problems including anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, self-esteem issues, relationships and intimacy, trauma, interpersonal, gender and identity, life transitions, anger and stress management, sexual, physical or emotional abuse, trouble at work, grief and loss, aging, and many other issues.
