About my Practice: I believe that effective therapy looks different for everyone, but always draws upon our innate capacity to heal. Together we can create an individualised approach to our work together that draws upon your strengths and needs. Through creativity and collaboration I strive to create a warm, trusting, and non-judgemental environment in which we can work together.

Through my training in drama therapy I have learned to use tools and techniques from a variety of disciplines that allow us to delve deeper into our work together. When conversation stalls, creative exploration can help the body express what the mind may struggle to put into words.
