Services: Individual art therapy for adults, children, and adolescents

About my practice:

As an art therapist, I work individually with children, adolescents, and adults. My services draw from psychodynamic and systemic training, which includes attachment work, somatic strategies for emotion regulation, boundary and assertiveness, mindfulness and self-compassion.

I aim to reframe struggle not as pathology or personal failure, but as a normal human response to adversity. Together, we uncover the resilience, protection, and wisdom already present in how you’ve navigated the world. My goal is to offer a safe, trauma-informed and collaborative space to explore change that feels personally meaningful. I offer an approach grounded in strengths-based talk therapy, optionally supported through the use of provided art materials- no artistic skills required.
