About my Practice:

Navigating life’s challenges becomes easier when we feel supported. I hope to provide you the help you need on your journey towards healing and self-actualization. Together, we will work on strategies that allow you to address the root causes of your difficulties and that will improve your quality of life. As a counsellor, I seek to understand my clients’ internal experience through a collaborative and supportive approach. It is important to me that you feel completely at ease through this journey by providing a warm, empathic, and safe space.

The approach I use is mainly oriented towards cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and I also incorporate acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) as well as mindfulness interventions. My goal is to provide you with evidence-based interventions tools for you to become your own therapist.
