About my practice: I believe strongly in the power of providing a safe space for individuals to self-express and be witnessed without judgment. As such, I work through a gentle and empowering approach to accompany clients in recovery, growth and change.
In music therapy, I hold the door open to creative expression and invite clients to creatively interact with the challenges they face in their lives and their healing. Clients are invited to come as they are, with no prior musical training or knowledge needed, to explore and process the experiences that employing music within therapy may allow.
