About my Practice: It is important within my practice to create a safe space where skills in regulating, emotional processing, coping strategies, and self compassion can be strengthened. I understand that each individual is on their own unique journey and I am dedicated to creating a space where individuals can feel empowered in their own healing process. I believe in using an eclectic approach in my work which integrates narrative, psychodynamic, CBT, and humanistic approaches to ensure that your own individual needs can be met. Through art and other creative responses, we will work together to create a gentle, safe, and insightful exploration to help you achieve your own mental health goals.
