About my practice: I am an art therapist with nearly a decade of experience working with individuals across the lifespan, from children to seniors, with a specialization in young adults. I believe everyone has the capacity to create, and that incorporating visual and sensory art-making into the traditional therapy process can deepen self-understanding, insight, and purpose.
Grounded in existential and humanistic approaches, I help clients find meaning during times of change, difficulty, and trauma. I also integrate mindfulness practices and meditation (based on my training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Reiki Level I), to foster healing and growth, as per the clients needs.
