About my practice: Throughout our personal lives and narratives, we face different experiences, challenges, relationships, and obstacles. As an art therapy intern, I set each individual as the expert of their life and provide my compassion and empathy to support each person throughout their unique journey and needs.
When words are not enough to describe your feelings and thoughts, you will be able to use colors, drawing, painting, storytelling, symbols, and images to discover and express yourself freely. My objective is to authentically accompany you to witness and visualize your inner strengths, and to utilize your inner resources to reach your desired goals. Throughout your healing process, I have a deep value for providing a safe, non-judgmental, culturally humble, and collaborative space that works for you!
