About my practice: I offer individual, couple and family therapy in areas related to couple or family relationships difficulties, family of origin issues, anxiety, stress, depression, grief and loss, aging, coping with illness, caregiver burn out, and career and life transitions. Depending on the client’s needs, I use an integrative approach drawing interventions from Attachment Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema therapy, Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness therapy and Gottman Principles. I adhere to a client-centered and collaborative approach aimed at respecting the client’s unique challenges, strengths and history and tailoring my therapeutic approaches with these differences in mind.
