About my practice: Hello, my name is Jennifer. I’m a Social Worker – Psychotherapist, I use an eclectic therapeutic approach that integrates Psycho-dynamic, Systemic and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy. I believe that it’s always best to implement an approach best suited to the individual client’s presenting problems and needs. Treatment plans and goals are always established and agreed upon between myself and my client, so that the therapy is productive and effective. The thought of confronting and/or dealing with painful situations and relationships, past or present, may cause discomfort and anxiety. My hope is that in working together, I will be able to ease you through the process and help you to become more resilient, create healthier and more satisfying relationships, along with enhancing self-compassion and meaning in your life. Looking forward to working with you.
