About my practice:

I work in a systemic and humanistic approach, as such I focus on the whole person rather than a constellation of symptoms. I pay close attention to the layers that create the unique individual. I offer a genuinely respectful, safe and non-judgmental space for clients to gain a deeper sense of self. I view empathy and acceptance as paramount to growth. I hope to challenge clients to meet their goals and provide a place where they can ultimately leave therapy with a sense of empowerment, perspective and change.
