About my practice: We all navigate multiple systems—such as our relationships, families, and workplaces—with which we share a dynamic, reciprocal influence. Every human being has the capacity to make changes that optimize their functioning, relationships, and quality of life. Because of this interconnectedness, any change within the individual inevitably shifts the dynamics of the systems with which they interact.

Drawing on 20 years of experience in psychosocial intervention—working with individuals, couples, and families facing mental health issues, addiction, relationship struggles, or life transitions—I view my role as a guide. I help you understand your current situation so that you can plan and implement the necessary changes. I bring expertise in intervention, while you are the expert on your own life; together, we build the foundation for your well-being and inner security.
