About my practice: I believe that relationships are central to our day-to-day wellbeing and often one can find themselves reliving the same patterns/arguments within a current relationship or from one-to-the-next.

I mainly use systemic and trauma-informed lenses to support the relationship (couple, polycule, family, friends) in learning not just what was said, but how it was said. Often, communication patterns create a gridlock, making it feel impossible to know how to resolve the conflict. Together, we will work collaboratively in building trust and safety to try to find deeper connections and shared understanding.

My work and research have supported my development in working with LGBTQIA+ communities, bigger bodied people, neurodivergent/atypical sensory experiences (Autism, complex trauma, ADHD, anxiety, chronic pain, suicidality, etc.), BDSM & Kink communities, open relationships and polycules, and intercultural relationships.
