About my practice: The importance of talking about thoughts and feelings are all we have to heal and grow. No matter what the problem – to communicate through words starts a separation from it and new ways of approaching it. Young children communicate through their play which takes the place of talking directly. In therapy, the communication with the therapist is a way to do this. The therapist takes a vow of abstinence from any personal agenda with the patient whether it be personal or financial. Attention to every word the patient says becomes important to understand the problem with your self and others.
