About my practice: I work from a trauma-informed lens, with a focus on understanding how your past experiences—especially early relationships—continue to shape how you feel, respond, and move through the world today.

Many people come to therapy feeling stuck—caught in patterns they understand intellectually but can’t seem to shift. This might show up as anxiety, disordered eating, addictive behaviours, relationship struggles, or a persistent sense of dissatisfaction with life. Often, it can feel like returning to what’s familiar, even when it’s painful.

Therapy is not just about being heard—it’s about creating awareness, building responsibility without shame, and opening the possibility for a different way of relating to yourself and your life.

My role is to offer a space that is grounded, honest, and non-judgmental, while also gently challenging the patterns that keep you stuck. Together, we work toward helping you respond differently, so you can move toward a life that feels more aligned, meaningful, and genuinely your own.
