About my practice: I believe that humans have an in-built drive to connect and that finding safety in close relationships is central to healing and personal growth. I aim to create a collaborative and empathic space to explore relational patterns that are no longer working for you, identify their underlying causes, and work towards building new ways of being in your relationships. I have an expansive definition of family and, in addition to working with more traditional couple and family forms, I enjoy working with diverse relationship structures, including but not limited to co-parents, chosen families, and close enduring friendships. My work is grounded in a commitment to social justice and I seek to foster an affirmative space for all my clients while recognizing how broader systems of power can inform the ways we relate in intimate relationships and everyday lives.
