About my practice:
I am interested in understanding the stories, relationships, and experiences that influence how people navigate challenges in their lives. My approach draws from systemic, attachment based, and narrative perspectives, while recognizing the importance of each client’s culture, identity, and personal context. Through mental health counselling and social intervention, I support individuals, couples, and families in exploring relationship patterns, emotional experiences, and areas they would like to change. I strive to build a genuine and collaborative relationship with clients where their perspectives, strengths, and goals remain at the centre of the work.
