About my practice:

I am a social worker and art therapist. I offer support where talking and the creative process can be used to explore emotions, life experiences, and difficulties encountered on a daily basis.

Art therapy offers a different way to express and understand one’s experiences. It can be particularly helpful when words are difficult to find or when certain experiences benefit from being explored in a different way. No prior artistic experience or particular artistic talent is necessary.

I welcome each person into a caring, respectful, and non-judgmental space. My approach is trauma-sensitive, inclusive, and tailored to each individual’s needs, pace, and goals.
