About my practice: I am a therapist who believes in the importance of understanding oneself in order to enjoy life and find a sense of purpose in the world. My approach uses a combination of talk therapy, creative techniques, and an integration of the five senses.

My approach is humanistic, which means that I approach therapy with the belief that the answers to your questions lie within. Because my work is also informed by response-based theory, I consider the role of social justice and human rights in your mental health journey. As a trained drama therapist, I also incorporate creative tools into sessions.
