About my practice: My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, strengths-based, relational, and creative. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and attachment-based, systemic, and narrative approaches to help clients understand their experiences and relationships, and explore the stories through which they make sense of themselves and the world around them. I bring an anti-oppressive lens to my work, recognizing that mental health is shaped by the conditions in which we live.
