About my practice: As a clinical psychologist, I offer a strengths-based, humanistic, and eclectic approach adapted to the unique needs of each and every client. My practice includes the use of mindfulness, self-compassion, and solution-focused therapy, and I’m very open to tapping into nature, art, and/or technology as media in order to get to the root of certain issues. I specialize in working with ADHD, anxiety, stress, depression and other mental health issues. Further, I have significant experience with individuals from vulnerable populations including LGBTQ2, international, and physically & intellectually disabled, as well as gifted individuals.
