About my practice: I believe in working collaboratively with my clients to explore and uncover the root of their difficulties. I strive to create a safe and empathetic space where we can work together at your pace as we unfold your story. My approach draws on humanistic, attachment and emotion-focused therapy. Through internal family systems (IFS), we will explore the parts of you carrying old wounds, unhelpful patterns and beliefs that no longer serve you. I believe you are capable of the change and growth you desire, and my role is to guide you as you harness the skills you already possess. My approach is compassionate, empowering and tailored to the individual’s unique needs.

My experience includes working with adults who present with issues related to childhood and attachment trauma, family and relationship difficulties, neurodiversity, and anxiety and depression.
