About my practice:  I help clients identify and explore complex emotions and personal challenges through creativity and art making, in addition to verbal processing. Using the creative process as a mediator in therapy provides a different way to approach communication, motivation, and resiliency. By encouraging engagement in art making, it is my goal to offer you new capacities to express difficult and complex feelings and experiences to seek understanding, growth, and acceptance. I enjoy working collaboratively and relationally with my clients to identify their strengths and motivation for change. I engage in ongoing efforts to keep my practice LGBTQIA2+ affirmative and rooted in cultural humility.
