About my practice: For me, art is a powerful tool for self-exploration that gives privileged access to the imagination, the unconscious, and each individual’s personal resources. My therapeutic approach aims first of all to encourage expression by proposing means adapted to the needs and by offering a technical support in the use and exploration of the various artistic mediums. It then becomes possible to accompany the individual in the discovery of oneself and the exploration of one’s experience through one’s work by facilitating contact with creation, the symbolic exploration of the image, the search for meaning and solutions, etc. In order to do this, it is a priority for me to create a secure therapeutic environment by establishing a climate of respect and acceptance without judgment of the participants and their life’s baggage.
