About my practice: I believe that therapeutic healing and growth can only happen in the context of an authentic and safe relationship, which is what I strive to offer clients. I use a blend of psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioural, and somatic techniques to help clients achieve the changes they want. As an MTC intern, I know that clients and I will both learn from each other, which reflects my collaborative approach to therapy. I aim to offer clients both concrete tools for day-to-day use as well as addressing any underlying feelings, patterns, and/or trauma that are negatively impacting them.
