About my practice: A social worker since 2017, Dominique began his practice in hospitals and CLSCs working with young people and families in difficulty. Since 2018, he has been working in a family medicine group (GMF) with people experiencing various difficulties (grief, burnout, family stress, relationship difficulties, symptoms of depression and/or anxiety, various social difficulties, suicidal crises, etc.). Since 2021, he has also been offering psychosocial intervention services to individuals, couples, and families in private practice.
He offers individual, couple, and family psychotherapy services in French, drawing on humanistic-existential and systemic approaches. Throughout the sessions, Dominique focuses on the therapeutic relationship and the bond of trust. His approach is intuitive, caring, and respectful of the pace and subjective experience of the people who consult him. He seeks to find a balance between a posture of listening, welcoming, and openness, and a more active posture of exploration and counseling.
